They’ve done some interesting work in using other non-technical levers (social mobilization, distributing knowledge/skills) to train community paralegals (think community health workers) – who work with community organizations to better leverage legal and other administrative tools against companies, govs, etc. Might be interesting to think about how tech tools can couple with tools that help orgs/individuals navigate other systems (e.g. linking rangers with community paralegals to navigate some of their constraints).
